These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions run by DartsParts LTD.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Promoter
DartsParts LTD (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates online prize competitions via its website (the “Website”). Each competition gives participants the opportunity to win a prize (the “Prize”).
1.2 Age & Residency
Competitions are open only to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Are residents of Great Britain
Employees of the Promoter, along with their immediate family members or household members, are not permitted to enter.
1.3 Account Misuse
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer account at its discretion if it believes:
- The account holder is misusing the service
- Abusive behaviour towards staff or other users occurs
- The account holder is not the genuine person entering the competitions
1.4 Refusal of Entries
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel entries if we believe that the entry breaches these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
1.5 Application of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions run by DartsParts LTD.
1.6 Accurate Information
Participants must enter competitions using their real name. The name used must correspond with valid identification provided when claiming a prize.
Using false or misleading details may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
1.7 Single Account Policy
Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass entry limits is strictly prohibited and may result in:
- Account closure
- Entry cancellation
- Potential disqualification from competitions
2. Legal Agreement
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By entering any competition operated by DartsParts LTD, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
- You agree to be legally bound by them
- You have the legal capacity to enter the competition
2.2 Governing Law
These competitions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2.3 International Entrants
Participants entering from outside Great Britain must ensure that participation is legal within their jurisdiction. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for unlawful participation.
3. Competition Entry
3.1 Entry Method
Competitions may be entered through the DartsParts LTD website. Multiple competitions may run simultaneously, each offering a different prize.
3.2 Ticket Pricing & Availability
The price per entry and total ticket allocation will be displayed on the competition page. Entry prices and ticket quantities are determined solely by the Promoter.
Each competition includes a free postal entry route, as required by UK law.
3.3 Account Registration
Participants must create an account on the Website before entering a competition. Registration requires providing:
- Email address
- Username
- Contact information
3.4 Entry Confirmation
To enter a competition online:
- Select the competition
- Choose ticket quantity
- Enter payment and contact details
- Confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
Once payment is successfully processed, the entrant will receive a confirmation email.
Entries are not valid until they appear in the entrant’s account.
3.5 Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry if there is reason to believe these Terms and Conditions have been breached.
3.6 Ownership of Entries
All entries submitted become the property of DartsParts LTD and will not be returned.
3.7 Entry Limits
Unless otherwise stated on a specific competition page, entrants may purchase up to 10 entries per competition.
For larger competitions, this limit may be increased and will be clearly displayed.
3.8 Competition Closing
Each competition will close when:
- All tickets have sold, or
- The competition countdown timer expires
No further entries will be accepted once the competition closes.
3.9 Account Requirement
All entrants, including those entering via the free route, must register an account on the website.
3.10 Ticket Allocation
Ticket numbers may either:
- Be selected by the entrant, or
- Be automatically assigned by the system following successful payment.
3.11 Oversold Entries
Occasionally, additional entries may be processed due to payment gateway delays. In such cases, the Promoter may allow a limited number of additional entries beyond the advertised maximum.
Any entries exceeding the permitted limit may be refunded or credited to the user’s account.
4. Competition Period
Each competition will operate within a specified promotion period, with start and closing times clearly stated on the competition page.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 Draw Method
Winners will be selected using one of the following methods:
- A random number generator
- A mechanical ball draw
- Approved digital selection software
Prize draws may be live streamed online.
5.2 Winner Count
Unless otherwise stated, each competition will have one winner.
5.3 Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the contact details supplied during entry.
Entrants must ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date.
5.4 Unclaimed Prizes
If the Promoter cannot successfully contact a winner within 21 days, the prize may be forfeited and retained by the Promoter.
5.5 Early Closure
If a competition is closed early, a winner will be selected from all valid entries received prior to closure.
5.6 Marketing Communications
Entrants who consent to marketing may receive updates regarding competitions and promotional offers.
6. Verification of Winners
6.1 Identity Checks
Before receiving a prize, winners may be required to provide:
- Valid photo identification
- Proof of address
- Proof of ticket purchase
Failure to provide verification may result in disqualification.
6.2 Publicity
With consent, winners may be asked to participate in promotional content including:
- Photographs
- Videos
- Testimonials
This material may be used by DartsParts LTD for marketing purposes.
6.3 Prize Arrangements
Once verification is complete, the Promoter will arrange delivery or collection of the prize.
7. Prizes
7.1 Ownership
Prizes remain the property of the Promoter until successfully transferred to the winner.
7.2 Delivery
Delivery within Great Britain is typically free. Delivery outside Great Britain may incur additional charges.
7.3 Additional Costs
Any travel or collection costs associated with receiving the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
7.4 Third-Party Conditions
Some prizes may be subject to additional terms provided by manufacturers, suppliers, or service providers.
7.5 Prize Substitution
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged unless agreed by the Promoter.
7.6 Instant Win Prizes
Instant win prizes may be added to competitions at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. Prize Storage
The Promoter may store prizes free of charge for up to 30 days after notifying the winner.
If storage beyond this period is required, additional charges may apply and must be paid before the prize is released.
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected during competition entry will be used for:
- Competition administration
- Winner verification
- Delivery of prizes
Data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
Entrants consent to their username being displayed on competition history pages showing entry time and ticket numbers.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Loss or damage to prizes after delivery
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Website interruptions or technical issues
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
The maximum liability of the Promoter to a winner shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded.
11. Electronic Communication
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for technical failures including:
- Internet outages
- Software errors
- Payment gateway disruptions
- Hardware malfunctions
If a prize is incorrectly awarded due to a technical error, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim the prize.
12. Data Protection
Personal data may be shared with:
- Payment processors
- Delivery providers
- Legal authorities where required
Data may also be processed outside the UK where appropriate safeguards are in place.
13. Free Entry Method
13.1 Registration Requirement
Participants must register an account on the Website before submitting a free entry.
13.2 Postal Entry

- Full name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Competition name
- Preferred ticket number (if applicable)
Postal entries must arrive before the competition closing date.
13.3 Processing Free Entries
Once received, a unique coupon code will be generated and emailed to the entrant. This allows the entrant to claim their free ticket through the website.
13.4 Entry Equality
Free entries are treated equally to paid entries.
13.5 Sold Out Competitions
If a competition sells out before the free entry is processed, the entrant may:
- Enter a future competition, or
- Receive equivalent site credit.
13.6 Legibility
Entries must be clearly written. Illegible entries may be rejected.
14. Validation
The Promoter may delay or refuse prize distribution until satisfied that:
- The winner has complied with all Terms
- Identity and age have been verified
- No fraudulent activity has occurred
15. User Accounts
Users must keep their account credentials secure and must not share login details.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify the Promoter immediately.
16. Amendments
The Promoter reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
17. Debit Card Issues
If a payment dispute or chargeback occurs, the Promoter may suspend the user’s account until the issue is resolved.
18. Acceptable Use of the Website
Users must not:
- Upload unlawful or offensive material
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the Website
- Use automated systems to gain an advantage
- Distribute viruses or malicious software
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
19. Discretion
Any decisions made by the Promoter regarding competitions or interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding.
20. General Provisions
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain valid.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and DartsParts LTD regarding competitions.
Third parties have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these Terms.
